Standard booth, 10 x 10.
The standard inline booth, 100 sq. ft. of floor space to display your products and talk to festival shoppers.
Compact booth, 5 x 10.
A 50 sq. ft. inline booth for a smaller footprint. A popular pick for first-time and small-batch exhibitors.
Every inline booth includes.
8 ft side and back drape, and a company ID sign.
No corner surcharges.
Whether you are inline or on a corner, you pay the same rate per square foot.
Booth space rates.
Space is charged by the square foot. A 10 x 10 is 100 sq. ft. and a 5 x 10 is 50 sq. ft. Pavilion spaces are a flat rate instead.
Exhibit space, member rate.
$14.99 per sq. ft.
For multi-show exhibitors and Craft Industry Alliance members.
Exhibit space, standard rate.
$16.50 per sq. ft.
For everyone else. That puts a 10 x 10 at $1,650 for the space and a 5 x 10 at $825, or $1,499 and $749.50 at the member rate.
Specialty pavilion.
$999 per 50 sq. ft. space
A flat rate per pavilion space rather than a per-square-foot charge. Book one to four spaces.
- A $500 deposit is due with your application.
- 50% of the total booth space cost is due within 30 days of applying.
- Rates are for floor space only. Construction packages, electrical and furnishings are extra.

Every pavilion space is $999 per 50 sq. ft. space, whichever pavilion you choose. Book one to four spaces, and $500 deposit with your application.

Cosplay makers, prop and armour builders, costume designers, and the pattern and material brands that supply them.
Designer Pavilion.
$999 per 50 sq. ft. space
Independent designers selling their own patterns, kits and finished designs direct to festival-goers.
Handmade Goods Pavilion.
$999 per 50 sq. ft. space
Makers selling finished handmade pieces, from accessories and homeware to gifts and keepsakes.
Fiber Collective Pavilion.
$999 per 50 sq. ft. space
Indie dyers, spinners and small-batch fiber and yarn brands sharing a curated corner of the floor.
Needle Arts Pavilion.
$999 per 50 sq. ft. space
Embroidery, cross-stitch, needlepoint and hand-stitching brands, and the threads and tools behind them.
Spinning & Weaving Pavilion.
$999 per 50 sq. ft. space
Spinners and weavers, and the wheel, loom, shuttle and tool makers who supply them.
