At the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival, the well-being of every guest, exhibitor, speaker, and staff member is paramount. Together with our venue partners and local health officials, we are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and inspiring experience for all.

✅ General Safety Measures

Enhanced Cleaning: High-touch surfaces in common areas will be sanitized frequently throughout each day.
Hand Sanitizer Stations: Available at all entry points, exhibit hall entrances, classrooms, restrooms, and food service areas.
First Aid Services: On-site first aid team and EMT presence during show hours.
Security Presence: Professional security staff and a centralized command post will be present to monitor the event and respond to concerns.

😷 Health Guidelines

Illness Prevention: Anyone feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness should not attend the event. Refunds or pass transfers will be offered if illness prevents attendance.
Face Masks: While masks are not required, they are encouraged for any guest who prefers to wear one. Complimentary masks will be available at the Information Desk.
Vaccination/Testing: No proof of vaccination or testing is currently required; this policy is subject to change based on local regulations.

Please be kind, and if you do not feel well, consider wearing a mask to keep the community safe. If you are sick, we kindly ask that you stay home to protect the health and comfort of everyone at the festival. Thank you for helping us create a welcoming and healthy environment for all.

Capacity Planning: Sessions and classrooms are capped to ensure attendee comfort and ease of movement.
Ventilation: The convention center is equipped with enhanced HVAC systems that exceed standard air filtration and circulation requirements.

🧭 Emergency Preparedness

Clear Signage: Emergency exits and assembly areas will be clearly marked throughout the venue.
Staff Training: All on-site staff and volunteers are trained in basic emergency response procedures.
Incident Reporting: Use the event mobile app or visit the Help Desk to report safety issues, suspicious behavior, or emergencies.
