Organizing a Bus Trip to the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival
Traveling to the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival as a group is a fun, cost-effective way to experience the event together! We welcome guilds, travel agents, and other groups to charter a bus and join us for an unforgettable experience. Leave the driving to someone else and enjoy group savings!
Fiber+Fabric Bus Trip Program
Follow these steps to ensure your group is ready for the festival:
- Complete the Registration Form
Fill out the form below to register your group. Once completed, our staff will confirm your registration and send a welcome letter by March 1, 2026. - Submit Payment by April 15, 2026
To receive your tickets by mail before the festival, payment must be received in our office by April 15, 2025. Refer to the “Ticket Costs” section below for pricing details.- If payment is not received by April 15, we will mail your group a confirmation letter, map, and a bus window sign. Your tickets will be available at the festival from our Bus Greeting Hostess.
- On-Site Ticket Pickup and Payment
If you need additional tickets on arrival, they can be purchased from the Bus Greeting Hostess with exact cash or check only. Please note that credit cards cannot be processed on-site, and the Hostess cannot provide change. - Refunds for Unused Tickets
Refunds for unused tickets are not available at the festival. However, you may provide the unused tickets in a sealed, self-addressed envelope to the Bus Greeting Hostess. Refunds will be processed 2–3 weeks after the festival concludes.
Ticket Costs
- Discounted Tickets: $5 per person for bus groups of 30 or more (a savings of $5 per person).
- Tickets are valid for all festival days and available exclusively for attendees arriving on the registered bus.
- Additional tickets for members not arriving by bus cannot be purchased at the discounted rate.
Forms of Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, or check.
Important: You must register your bus using the form below to qualify for the discounted ticket price. If the bus is not registered, the cost is $10 per person.
Bus Parking
Parking for buses is not available on nearby streets. Please plan accordingly and ensure your bus parks in designated areas provided by the festival.
