Welcome to the third edition of the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival 2026 Exhibitor Services Bulletin!

As your Exhibitor Services Team, we are here to provide you with important updates, deadlines, and support to ensure your experience at Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival is seamless and successful.

In January we introduced our new Exhibitor Portal to each company exhibiting at Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival. If you didn’t receive a personal email invitation to launch your portal, please let us know right away at services@koelnmesse.us.

This is a personalized site for each exhibitor where you can find your tasks and deadlines in one place and track your progress. You can also access the Exhibitor Services Manual and review the services available through RES, our general contractor at the convention center.

Sign in to begin the review process so you don’t miss any important deadlines.

Important Note: If you are participating in both h+h americas and the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival, you will have a separate Exhibitor Portal for each show.

Register your exhibitor staff.

• One person can register multiple staff with individual email addresses
• Each person can register on their own individually.
• Please select registrant category “exhibitor”.

All staff MUST register and show a badge to enter the exhibit hall for setup, show days, and move out. You will find your registration link in the “Required Tasks” section of your Exhibitor Portal.

Invite Your Customers – it’s FREE!

• Share your custom URL (different link from your exhibitor registration link) with your customers and give them a free ticket to the show (a $65 value).
• Get more than 50 registrations with your link and win free coffee for your booth!

You will find your custom URL in the “Marketing/Sponsorship Tasks” section of your Exhibitor Portal.

Courtesy move-in services Wednesday, April 29 and Thursday, April 30 – you can drive your car onto the floor and unload to move materials to your booth free of charge.

Carry your boxes into the hall from the parking garage or hotel free of charge

Ship to the RES advance warehouse or onsite and have items delivered to your booth for setup which includes material handling charges.

Accessible Storage: We will provide exhibitors an unsecured, self-service accessible storage area free-of-charge onsite. You can also use secure full-service accessible storage with RES by ordering through the Exhibitor Service Manual.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you are moving from Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival to h+h americas, please review that section included HERE.

You cannot leave your trailer inside the exhibit hall after unloading.

Here are options for parking.

• Parking for standard vehicle length Sprinter vans, vehicles with ladder racks or tall vans not exceeding 10’ high can park at the parking garage across the street from the Convention Center. A few of the hotels can also accommodate larger vehicles.
• Oversized vehicles and trailers exceeding 10’ high can park at the RES Marshalling Yard. There is no charge to park.
• You can unhitch your trailers and leave them in the RES Marshalling Yard.

Third-party scammers are contacting Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival exhibitors by phone and email offering “better hotel rates” and “attendee mailing lists”. These communications are not from Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival or any official partner.

If you receive a suspicious call or email:

• Never share credit card or personal information.
• Do not click links or open attachments.

If you are ever unsure whether a message is legitimate, reach out to us directly before responding or taking any action.
