Rosemont's hotel district sits beside the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, so you can plan a full festival weekend without a car.
Negotiated rates and the official 2027 hotel list are published as attendee registration opens. Blocks are expected across the same Rosemont hotels used in previous years, most within walking distance of the hall.
We will never cold-call or email you to sell hotel rooms. Every year, companies contact festival attendees and exhibitors claiming to be the “official housing provider” and asking for card details. They are not affiliated with the Fiber+Fabric Craft Festival or Koelnmesse, the rooms often do not exist, and money paid to them is usually gone.
Book only through the official room block once it is published here, or directly with the hotel. If someone contacts you claiming otherwise, forward it to info@fiberfabriccraft.com and we will confirm.
Rosemont is a purpose-built convention district. Most hotels sit within a few minutes on foot of the convention center, several connected by covered walkway, so you can drop your shopping at the room mid-day and come back.
Chicago O'Hare is a short ride away, and most Rosemont hotels run a complimentary airport shuttle. Land in the morning, be at the festival by lunch.
Parkway Bank Park has restaurants, a theatre and live music, the Fashion Outlets are a short walk, and the Allstate Arena is next door. Easy to make a weekend of it.
Several of the larger hotels directly across from the convention center can accommodate oversized vehicles that will not fit the garage height limit. Useful if you are driving in with a full car.
The festival shares its week with h+h americas, the wholesale trade show in the same building, so the district fills up. Booking early gets you both the rate and the walk.
Complimentary O’Hare shuttles are common but not universal, and hours vary. Confirm when you book rather than at check-in.
Hotel parking is separate from the convention center garages and is priced separately. See Venue, Directions & Parking for garage details and height limits.
Coming in from out of town? The First Time Guide covers what to pack and how to plan your days, and Venue, Directions & Parking has transit and driving detail.
