What gets stored on your device when you use this site, and how to stop it.
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all. Others measure how the site is used. This notice covers the ones we set and the ones our analytics providers set.
Analytics cookies are off until you accept them. When you first visit, a banner asks. Nothing in the analytics section below is set unless you say yes, and declining is a real choice rather than a delayed one.
We store a small flag in your browser to remember that you dismissed the call for speakers prompt, so it does not reappear for thirty days. It contains a timestamp and nothing else, it never leaves your device, and it does not identify you.
Both load through Google Tag Manager and only after you accept. Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to count visits and understand how people move through the site. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies and records a reconstruction of your visit, which we use to find pages that confuse people and to build heatmaps. It runs in its strictest masking mode, so text and images are replaced with placeholders on your device before anything is sent. The privacy policy explains exactly what Clarity records, and it is worth reading before you use the site.
We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run retargeting or ad networks on this site, and we do not sell the data these cookies produce. We do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites.
Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, in Settings under Privacy. Blocking all cookies may break parts of some websites, though this one will still work.
When you follow a link to our registration platform, our application forms, our store or an exhibitor's website, that site sets its own cookies under its own policy. This notice does not cover them.
