Become an Exhibitor.

The festival is the gathering point for fiber, fabric and craft enthusiasts, and a direct line to an audience that came to buy, learn and be inspired. April 30 – May 2, 2027 in Rosemont, IL.

Direct sales.

Meet customers face to face, sell on site, and build the relationship that brings them back next year.

How we fill the hall

Getting makers to your booth.

Where the makers are. Rosemont sits at the centre of one of the largest maker regions in the country, minutes from Chicago O'Hare, so the show is within easy reach of a very large creative audience.

Retail partner program. Independent retailers act as local ambassadors, with branded displays, ticket giveaways and pre-show promotion turning their sale counters into a route to the festival.

Class-in-a-Box. Customised kits go out to guild and club chapters so members can learn something together before the show, and arrive already engaged.
